Sharing simple, sustainable environments to keep the passion alive for both children and educators.
STORY The idea of this page is solely to share my ideas on environments, provocations and resources that work here at Puzzles Family Day Care. My environment works for us because it is designed for us by us. Your environment will work for you the way you design it because only you know the children and families in your service. Gather your ideas from as many places as you can to work with your philosophy. If you get just one idea from what I share then I am humbled.

Following his recommendation, I enrolled my seven-year-old son in a primary school in Joensuu. Finland, which is about as far east as you can go in the European Union before you hit the guard towers of the Russian border.
