Painting is my go to place for so many reasons, one being when I was diagnosed with cancer I couldn't concentrate on anything, I couldn't even read a book. So I delved into painting and one of my favorite things in the world (second to dandelions) are rainbows. They make me smile when I see one so for me to get through some of the darkest moments in my journey I would paint. I had what can only be described as a memory flashback while painting, when I was younger I remember the moment I found that two colours made another. It was one of many profound moments in my early years the excitement of what/how this had happened - such a simple concept but one that continuously reoccurs with children don't you think? Simple moments
